What makes my approach to Couples work different?
 

My extensive training in somatic, trauma informed approaches to psychotherapy allow us to work with the triggers and defenses that we experience in relationship that go beyond just re-writing the mental script of how we communicate with each other.
 

In working with me, we'll explore how to bring safety and connection back into the relationship by including the body and its inner experiences into how you relate with each other. You'll discover how to break free from rehashing arguments in the same tired way, and to move into relating each other in the here and now, fostering deep connection, trust, and understanding.

 Relational safety, empathy, and connection are all things we experience in the body. They are the elements present that have us feel truly safe, seen, and bonded to another.
